If you need help and we can provide it on the phone, it's free. We are continually available to clients in person. You won’t deal with a receptionist and have to wait for an appointment. You’ll deal directly with either Nikki or Alistair and we’ll deal with your questions speedily. We want you to feel comfortable to pick up the phone to us whenever you need, for whatever you want and know you'll get good sound understandable advice. We will work with you in the way that suits you - in person, on the phone or online.

We calculate our fees according to the time spent on services for each client. However, we are able to provide you with a reliable indicative fee and scope of work before we commence an assignment.
Our most effective work for clients involves applying our knowledge and expertise of the financial components of business operations to matters of commercial, accounting and tax advice and planning – rather than dedicating time to the reconciliation of incomplete records. Therefore, we are always clear that quality and completeness of accounting records and the urgency required will influence your overall service requirements and, ultimately, our fees.
